On October 29th, 2019, Active Canada, in partnership with Food and Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC), hosted an engaging discussion covering one of the most talked about topics in the media industry: Data-Driven Media Planning. 

The panel discussion focused on how brands can leverage data to inform their media buys, and what the future has in store for data-driven planning. They discussed everything from the sharing of data between brands and vendors, to what a world without cookies looks like. 

Active Canada’s Ahmed Al-Waili, Director of Programmatic, Data & Insights, moderated the panel discussion. The panelists included Therese Brisson (Kimberly-Clark), Glenn Martin (Scott’s Miracle-Gro), Kevin Davie (Rogers Media), Jason Furlano (MiQ), and Brian Wylie (Connected Interactive).
