AMS Earns 2024 Great Place to Work Certification
Toronto, ON – AMS is proud to announce that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® in Canada after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from our employees, gathered through an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.
At AMS, we’re committed to fostering an environment where our team can thrive both personally and professionally. We’ve introduced new initiatives like ActiveYouniversity, where employees can dedicate time to expanding their knowledge, perfecting their craft, and staying on top of what’s next. We also provide Wellness Days to encourage our team to recharge and prioritize their well-being.
As part of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), we create a positive, supportive environment where team members can come together, share experiences, and grow. In addition, to address mental health stigma, we’ve introduced an extensive mental health allowance for employees and their dependents, increased mental health coverage, hosted company-wide training on mental health awareness, and offered mindfulness and meditation classes throughout the year.
