Culture Club

Active Canada’s Culture Club, consisting of employees from various departments, is the driving force behind memorable team events and holiday celebrations throughout the year. This group helps create new company-wide programs and policies, and offers opportunities for leadership skills development.

Some programs introduced to Active Canada by the Culture Club include birthday days off, a Job Shadowing program, a “PROPS” peer recognition rewards points program, and a detailed Health and Wellness program and competition.
